The Role
This role sits within our central marketing team, driving and supporting marketing activities for the EMEA region. It is part of the wider MBD team which supports delivery of our business development and client strategy. The marketing team is split across London and Newcastle.
We are looking for a talented and ambitious graphic designer to join our Brand and Creative team. This role focuses on creating high-quality visual communications across digital and print channels, with a strong emphasis on graphic design, brand consistency, and creative campaign delivery. Experience or an interest in video editing and motion graphics would be advantageous with increasingly business demands in this space.
Sitting within the marketing function, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver engaging, visually compelling content that supports campaigns, brand storytelling, and client communications. This role requires a strong blend of creative thinking, technical expertise, and design fundamentals. This role will report into the Design Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print channels, including brochures, reports, presentations, social media content, infographics and marketing collateral.

Create compelling layouts and artwork using Adobe InDesign, ensuring consistency across all brand communications.

Develop creative concepts and campaign assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Collaborate with marketing, content and business stakeholders to translate complex information into engaging visual communications.

Manage projects from brief through to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Prepare artwork for digital and print production.

Contribute creative ideas and support wider marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Support the creation of multimedia content where required, including basic video editing and simple motion graphics.

Stay current with design trends, creative technologies and industry best practice.
Skills and Experience Required

Strong graphic design experience with an impressive portfolio demonstrating creative and effective design solutions.

Advanced proficiency in:

Adobe InDesign

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.

Experience creating both print and digital marketing materials.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
An interest or experience in the following skills would be beneficial, but is not essential:

Adobe Premiere Pro for basic video editing.

Simple motion graphics or animations using Adobe After Effects.

Working within a professional services or corporate environment.

Knowledge of digital content creation platforms such as Ceros or Foleon.

Photography and image editing skills.
