We’re expanding our wellness offering and are looking for a confident, intuitive and guest-focused Wellness Host to join our team.
This is a role for someone who understands that great hospitality is about atmosphere, attention to detail and anticipating needs before they’re asked. As we introduce new experiences including sauna, wellness days, halotherapy and enhanced treatments, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our guests feel from the moment they arrive.
The Role
As a Wellness Host, you’ll set the tone for the entire experience. You’ll move naturally between reception, hosting and supporting the wider wellness space — ensuring everything feels effortless, calm and considered.
You will:
- Welcome guests with warmth and confidence, creating an immediate sense of ease
- Manage bookings, enquiries and the flow of the day with precision
- Host guests throughout their visit, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience
- Oversee the wellness environment, including thermal areas, gym and studio, maintaining a calm and polished atmosphere
- Respond to enquiries in person, by phone and email with clarity and care
- You will do a mix of early shifts and late shifts
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, spa or a guest-led environment
- A naturally personable, confident and polished presence
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- A genuine interest in wellbeing, lifestyle and guest experience
- The ability to remain composed, intuitive and attentive at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £26,437.00 per year
