Working hours: Monday-Friday 14:30-23:15 (42.5 hour week)

This isn't an ordinary manufacturing role. You'll work in a specialist, high-hazard environment where safety, teamwork and attention to detail are critical.
As part of our Alpha Late Shift team, you'll help manufacture pyrotechnic and countermeasure products through a variety of specialist production processes, including:
- Flare assembly
- Chaff manufacture
- Squib cartridge production
- MTV pellet pressing
- Other specialist production activities
You'll be responsible for:
✅ Following strict safety procedures and process instructions
✅ Producing high-quality products to exact standards
✅ Wearing specialist PPE and RPE equipment
✅ Supporting production targets and team objectives
✅ Completing quality checks and production records
✅ Reporting hazards, near misses and safety concerns
✅ Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
✅ Working safely with pyrotechnic materials
