About the Role
London has a diverse workforce and a strong demand for practical skills development and at ISO Japan International Training and Workforce Services we support training programmes that help learners employers and partner organisations build useful workplace capabilities.
We are looking for a Training Coordinator who can organise learning activities manage schedules support trainers and help ensure programmes are delivered smoothly from enrolment through completion.
You will work closely with trainers learners programme teams and employer partners to keep sessions organised maintain accurate records and provide a reliable experience for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities
Training Coordination: Organise training sessions workshops and programme activities and ensure schedules venues and resources are confirmed.
Learner Support: Provide learners with clear information about schedules requirements materials and programme expectations.
Trainer Coordination: Work with trainers to confirm availability session plans materials equipment and other delivery requirements.
Programme Administration: Maintain accurate attendance records training documents enrolment information and completion records.
Scheduling: Manage calendars session dates room bookings and programme timelines and communicate changes promptly.
Materials Preparation: Prepare training packs presentation materials attendance sheets certificates and supporting resources.
Progress Tracking: Monitor learner attendance completion activity and outstanding requirements and follow up where necessary.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates to learners trainers employers and internal teams regarding programme activity and delivery.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in training coordination programme administration learning support education services or a closely related role.
Organisation: Strong planning skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions deadlines and stakeholder requirements at the same time.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with confidence working with learners trainers employers and internal teams.
Attention to Detail: Able to maintain accurate records follow programme procedures and ensure required documentation is complete.
Customer Service: Professional helpful and responsive when supporting learners or handling scheduling and programme queries.
Digital Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office learning management systems scheduling tools or training databases is preferred.
Problem Solving: Practical and dependable with the ability to respond effectively to timetable changes attendance issues and delivery challenges.
Mindset: You are organised approachable and dependable. You take ownership of training activities communicate clearly and stay focused on helping programmes run smoothly from planning through completion.
Pay: £2,500.00-£2,900.00 per month
