Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Office & Compliance Manager to join our busy team. This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office, supporting Directors, managing staff, and ensuring all office compliance and documentation is maintained to a high standard.
We are seeking someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and confident managing multiple responsibilities in a busy office environment. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and taking ownership of office operations and compliance.
This position has become available due to an internal promotion.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of a busy office environment
Support and assist Directors with administrative and operational duties
Manage and coordinate office staff and workloads
Ensure all office compliance requirements are met and kept up to date
Maintain and oversee company policies and procedures
Oversee document control and compliance records
Coordinate and run ISO audits and compliance processes
Manage Fire, First Aid and Legionella compliance requirements
Keep phone, IT equipment, and asset logs updated and accurate
Manage office ordering and supplies
Manage setting up IT equipment for site and office use
Organise and manage a variety of Company Events throughout the year
Ensure all company records and documentation are maintained correctly
Liaise with suppliers, and external auditors where required
Requirements
Previous experience in an Office Manager and/or Compliance role is essential
Strong knowledge and experience of ISO audits and compliance procedures will be an advantage
Experience managing teams within a busy office environment
Good IT skills, including setting up office equipment and maintaining records
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
High attention to detail and ability to work independently

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
