Responsibilities
- Cut, sew, and assemble various types of blinds and window coverings according to precise specifications and customer requirements
- Measure the fabric after the order
- Measure windows accurately to ensure proper fit and functionality of finished products
- Operate sewing machines and related tools safely and efficiently, maintaining equipment in optimal condition
- Inspect completed blinds for quality, durability, and aesthetic consistency before delivery or installation
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot production issues and improve manufacturing processes
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency in all tasks
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production process
- Manage email correspondence efficiently.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls.

Experience
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or manufacturing setting is highly desirable
- Proficiency in sewing techniques, including the use of industrial sewing machines
- Binds making
- Ability to interpret measurements, diagrams, and technical instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality craftsmanship
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to machinery operation and material handling
- Willingness to learn new skills related to blind making and fabric manipulation
