SMART Repair Technician
£30,000 – £33,000 per year | + Uncapped Bonus - Hull
We’re looking for a skilled SMART Repair Technician to support our growing team, delivering high-quality cosmetic and wheel repairs as part of our vehicle preparation process.
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 per year + OTE Uncapped Earnings
Shift: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Flexible)
Overtime Available
Location: Hull
What You’ll Do:
- Carry out SMART repairs on a range of vehicles
- Perform paintwork, colour matching, and finishing to high standards
- Refurbish alloy wheels, including painted and diamond-cut finishes
- Stay current with industry best practices and repair techniques
What You’ll Need:
- Previous experience in SMART repair or wheel refurbishment
- Valeting, detailing, or paint experience considered
- Full UK driving licence
What You’ll Get:
- Basic salary £30,000 - £33,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped bonus - OTE up to £50,000
