The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing marketing team for a Senior Paid & Social Media Executive.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious paid media professional looking to build on their existing experience and take the next step in their digital marketing career. Directly reporting to the Digital Growth Manager and working alongside the wider marketing team, you will play an important role in delivering paid media campaigns, supporting the growth of our organic social channels and identifying opportunities to improve customer journeys across our ecommerce platform.
As a hands-on member of the team, you'll enjoy combining data, creativity and commercial thinking to drive digital performance. You'll be confident managing campaigns, analysing results and bringing forward ideas that improve performance, while developing the strategic and commercial skills needed to progress into a management position as the business continues to grow.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Support paid social activity across Facebook Ads Manager (Meta), including campaign setup, monitoring and optimisation.
- Assist with Google Ads activity across Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Support testing across audiences, messaging and creative, using insights to help improve campaign effectiveness.
- Take ownership of allocated campaigns, ensuring activity is delivered on time and continuously optimised against agreed objectives.
- Work closely with the creative team to identify opportunities for new assets and refresh campaign creative where required.
- Manage day-to-day organic social activity, including planning, scheduling and publishing content across key platforms.
- Write engaging copy for paid campaigns, organic social, promotions and wider marketing activity.
- Monitor social performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach and audience growth.
- Support website merchandising, promotional updates and campaign launches.
- Use website and ecommerce reporting to identify opportunities around conversion, customer journeys and onsite performance.
- Monitor competitor activity, trends and industry developments.
- Support wider marketing initiatives and projects where required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Hands-on experience working within Facebook Ads Manager (Meta Ads Manager) is essential.
- Proven experience delivering paid media, digital marketing or social media campaigns.
- Experience contributing to paid social campaigns and understanding how campaigns are optimised and improved.
- Understanding of paid media performance metrics and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience managing organic social channels and developing content plans.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging messaging across paid, social and digital channels.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to use data to make recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with reporting and performance data.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Ecommerce experience is desirable.
- Experience using GA4, Attribution Platforms, or Ad Platform Analytics to interpret website performance and customer behaviour would be advantageous.
Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
