Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality haircuts, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments in accordance with client requests and salon standards
- Upsell additional services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk duties such as appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining the salon’s organisation
- Offer mentoring and support to junior team members to foster skill development and teamwork
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the salon environment
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalised service
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser with knowledge of current trends and techniques
- Skills in store management, customer service, and upselling are highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute positively to the salon’s atmosphere
- Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- A professional attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences
