The Opportunity
We are looking for a reliable and professional SIA Door Supervisor to join our security team in Newquay for an immediate start. This role focuses on site security, monitoring, and responding to on-site incidents.
Unlike many security roles, we offer guaranteed hours and a fixed 2-week rotation schedule, allowing you to plan your life outside of work with total confidence.
What We Offer
- Pay: £13.25 per hour
- Guaranteed Hours: 24 hours per week.
- Stable Rota: A set 2-week rotation schedule (know your days months in advance).

Key Responsibilities
- Providing a professional security presence and acting as a visual deterrent.
- Monitoring the site and responding quickly and calmly to incidents or alarms.
- Liaising with site management and, where necessary, emergency services.
- Completing daily logs and incident reports.
Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Badge (Required).
- Strong communication skills and a professional "customer-facing" attitude.
- Reliability is essential - we provide a set schedule and expect 100% attendance.
- Right to work in the UK and a checkable 5-year work history.
