SENIOR STYLIST
NOCO Hair, 147 Whiteladies Road, Bristol Full time or part time. Two positions.
WHO WE ARE
NOCO Hair is an education first salon on Whiteladies Road. We are one of L'Oréal's top partner salons in the UK. Our clients have left over 800 Google reviews at 4.8 stars. In 2025 we were finalists for Educator of the Year at the British Hairdressing Business Awards. We invest in our team and we take training seriously.
THE ROLE
You will run your own column. Cutting and colouring, start to finish. You will build a loyal client base with our support behind you.
HOURS
The salon is open Tuesday to Saturday.
Full time is an average of 160 hours over 4 weeks:
- 3 weeks at 43.25 hours
- 1 week at 33.25 hours
- One scheduled Saturday off every 4 weeks
Opening hours:
- Tuesday 9:30am to 6:00pm
- Wednesday 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Thursday 9:30am to 7:30pm
- Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm
- Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm
PAY AND BENEFITS
- Guaranteed hourly rate of £13 per hour
- Uncapped commission. You earn your guaranteed hourly pay or 30% of your service revenue (ex VAT), whichever is higher
- 10% commission on retail sales over £100 (ex VAT)
