Support Practitioner – Derwen Care
Full Time | 40 Hours per Week

Derwen Care is looking for caring, enthusiastic and committed Support Practitioner to join our team. You will support clients to live as independently as possible, assisting with daily living skills, social activities, personal development and community engagement, while promoting choice, dignity and wellbeing.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. Flexibility is essential, as the role includes evening, weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis.
We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, reliable and passionate about supporting others. Previous experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
