An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Radiographer to join our team as a Band 7 Radiology Clinical Lead .
This is a key leadership role within the department, offering the opportunity to support and shape the delivery of high-quality, safe and effective imaging services. You will provide visible clinical leadership , supporting operational delivery while maintaining a strong focus on patient experience, quality improvement and staff wellbeing.
In addition to day shifts this role will also require on-call cover for evenings and weekends.

Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital with cross-cover at Poole Hospital

Provide clinical and operational leadership within your designated imaging area
Support the delivery of safe, effective and patient-centred care in line with Trust values
Lead, support and develop a skilled multidisciplinary team
Contribute to service delivery, performance management and patient flow
Drive continuous improvement, innovation and transformation within Radiology
Ensure compliance with IR(ME)R, health and safety standards and governance requirements
Support staff through supervision, appraisal, and professional development
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust to improve patient pathways
You will be an approachable and visible leader, promoting a culture where staff feel supported, valued and empowered.
