Key Responsibilities
- Expert Mixology: Prepare and serve a diverse range of drinks, with a heavy focus on high-quality cocktail making.
- Customer Excellence: Deliver consistently fantastic customer service, engaging with guests to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
- Operational Standards: Maintain the bar area to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation at all times.
- Service Delivery: Manage daily beverage service and support hotel functions or events as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a fluid guest journey.
