We are seeking a dedicated and professional Hotel Night Porter to join our esteemed hospitality team in this role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about guest services and the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of the hotel during night hours, providing a welcoming environment for all guests.
Duties
- Welcome and assist guests arriving during night hours
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Monitor security systems and conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security
- Handle administrative tasks such as logging incidents, maintaining security records, and managing keys
- Coordinate with cleaning staff and maintenance teams to address any issues or requests promptly
- Ensure the lobby and public areas are tidy, organised, and welcoming throughout the shift
- Assist with emergency procedures when necessary, including fire safety protocols and evacuation procedures
Experience
- Previous experience as a Night Porter preferred
Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour
