Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency, freshness, and presentation of all menu items
- Manage food safety protocols, including hygiene standards, storage procedures, and allergen management
- Assist in menu planning and development to introduce innovative culinary offerings
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs effectively
- Train new staff members on cooking techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene standards
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure

- Good understanding of food production processes and culinary techniques
