Contract: 37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year

We are seeking an exceptional Partnerships & Curriculum Campus Manager to provide dynamic, values-led leadership across our college site and external partnerships.
In this pivotal role, you will drive the delivery of high-quality, inclusive education through effective management of subcontracted provision and strategic partnerships. You’ll lead and develop teams, ensure outstanding teaching, learning and assessment, and maintain full compliance with funding, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
You will play a key role in building and sustaining meaningful relationships with external stakeholders, identifying innovative partnership opportunities, and ensuring all provision aligns with our commitment to empowerment, respect, equality and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience within specialist or SEND education, a deep understanding of curriculum delivery and quality frameworks, and a proven ability to improve performance through data-driven decision-making and partnership working.
