Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and engaging Spectator Safety Course Tutor to deliver high-quality training to learners working or aiming to work at spectator events, venues, and public gatherings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accredited spectator safety content, ensuring learners understand safety procedures, crowd management principles, and legal responsibilities within event environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Spectator Safety training in line with course specifications and awarding body requirements
- Engage learners through clear explanations, discussions, and real-world examples
- Assess learner understanding and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate course records and attendance
- Ensure training is delivered in a safe, inclusive, and professional manner
Essential Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of UK health & safety and event safety principles
- Reliability and a professional approach to training delivery
- To have the required qualifications to teach this course
- Provide a fun learning environment
- Strict Time-Management
Desirable
- Experience delivering accredited courses
- Relevant qualifications in spectator safety or event management
- Experience working with awarding bodies
- First Aid qualification
