Overview
We are looking for a reliable, experienced and detail-focused self-employed cleaner to take on a weekly domestic cleaning job in a private home.
This role is to cover an existing cleaner for a period of 6 weeks, with potential to continue long-term for the right person.
Location: Hassocks
This property is in a remote location, so applicants must have their own transport (car essential).
Details of the role:
- Weekly clean every Thursday
- Start date: Thursday 2nd August
- Start time: 09:30am
- Duration: 3.5 hours per visit
- Private home – large 3-bedroom house
- Includes: 2 bathrooms, office, downstairs toilet and general living areas
- Client has own vacuum/Hoover
- Parking available on driveway
Duties include:
- Full domestic cleaning to a high standard
- Bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, office and communal areas
- Hoovering, mopping, dusting and general upkeep
- Attention to detail is essential (skirting, edges, finishes, etc.)
Requirements:
- Must have right to work in the UK
- Must hold valid public liability insurance
- Previous domestic cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- High attention to detail is essential
Payment:
- £55 per 3.5-hour visit
- Self-employed subcontract work
Additional information:
This is a key ongoing weekly client, and reliability is extremely important. The position is initially for 6 weeks but may continue for the right person.
Pay: £12.21-£17.71 per hour
