Hours are based at our Lee Chapel pool in Basildon.
Aqua Aims Swim School
£25.00 – £30.00 per hour depending on experience.
Hours required:
- Sunday – 10.00am – 2.00pm (Basildon)
- Term time only (38 weeks per year)
About Us
Aqua Aims are a private swim school based in Basildon.
We’re passionate about providing high-quality, fun and engaging swimming lessons for children. With small class sizes and fantastic teacher-to-pupil ratios, we ensure every child makes great progress in a safe, supportive environment.
The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and friendly swimming teacher to join our team. You’ll be teaching from poolside and supported by our unique teaching approach, which includes having parents in the water with all beginner swimmers.
We provide full training and ongoing support, including continuous online and in-person development.
Requirements
- Level 2 Swim Teaching Qualification (Swim England or STA)
- Parent & Baby ( Preferred )
- Valid Rescue Test or National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
- Safeguarding Children, Young People and Vulnerable Adults (online course)
- STA or IOS Insurance
- Confident communicating with parents during lessons
- Reliable, enthusiastic and great with children
