About the Role:
- As a Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients with various aspects of their daily lives.
- This encompasses personal care, grocery shopping, bill management, accompanying them to medical appointments, facilitating access to the local community, and much more.

Location:
We are currently recruiting for our supported living service in Redditch and surrounding areas.
- Shifts are are on a rota basis working within the hours of 7am and 10pm, sleep in shifts may start at 3pm and finish at 3pm the following day, all services operate on different hours.
- Rotas are provided monthly in advance with a mixture of shifts outlined above.
- Please note we do require weekend availability (one full weekend off every month, working only one full weekend in a month. 2 weekends where you will work either a Saturday or Sunday shift)
- You MUST be a driver, and have access to vehicle due to the location of our services.
- We have a number of services within the area, you will be expected to work within other areas.
- Areas we cover are Bromsgrove, Redditch, Ryall, Rushwick, Worcester.
- Shifts are allocated on a monthly basis.

Training Details:
To ensure that you are fully equipped for your role, participation in our training program is a fundamental requirement. You should be prepared to attend the ten-day training, which will be conducted at our Head Office in Nuneaton.

Please note we do not not have a Sponsorship License, unfortunately we are unable to offer secondary 20 hours employment due to our mandatory training which is full time for 2 weeks.
