Overview
We’re looking for a Contents Restoration Technician to join our content team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for restoring hard and soft contents within the DisasterCare East Midlands contents unit to the highest standards of safety, quality, traceability, productivity and customer care.
The role supports controlled validation, cleaning, drying, finishing, restoration, BER identification, packing and hand-forward of customer property through the unit.
The role supports the wider logistics and technician teams by preparing equipment, managing stock and deliveries, and ensuring all housekeeping standards are consistently met. A strong focus on health and safety is essential, with all tasks carried out in line with company procedures to minimise risk and maintain compliance.
Accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail are critical, as maintaining a safe and efficient workspace directly impacts operational performance and team effectiveness.
As part of our One Team, One Purpose ethos, you’ll work collaboratively across departments, supporting logistics and field teams when required, and upholding our commitment to Excellence as Our Standard. Flexibility is important, particularly during busy periods or surge events, where additional support may be needed to meet operational demands.
