We have an exciting opportunity to join the Nuclear Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (Nuclear AMRC), part of the University of Sheffield’s Advanced Manufacturing Group, as a Project Manager within our projects and programme management team.
For this role, you will need to have experience working as a Project Manager, ideally in an engineering and client-facing environment. It is essential that you are able to communicate and motivate a team of staff and have excellent communication skills. You will use your ability to organise resources and attention to detail to aid with the planning of projects to deadlines.
You will have:
- Experience of working in a Project Management role with direct line management experience.
- Strong communication skills allied with organisational ability and enthusiasm.
- The ability to discuss at any level the elements of a project including the status to partners, customers and internal stakeholders.
Experience in delivering projects under NEC3/4 terms as well as use of associated contract management systems would be an advantage, but is not essential.
