We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Housing Disrepair Advisor to join our team. This role involves providing expert guidance and support to clients experiencing housing disrepair issues, ensuring they understand their rights and options. Responsibilities
- Offer clear and professional advice to clients regarding housing disrepair matters, including legal rights and available remedies.
- Assist clients in preparing documentation and correspondence related to housing disrepair claims.
- Liaise with landlords, contractors, and other relevant parties to facilitate repairs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, case progress, and relevant correspondence using organisational skills.
- Manage your workload efficiently through effective time management, prioritising cases according to urgency.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Good IT literacy with the ability to adapt to new software or systems as required.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Previous experience or knowledge of housing law or tenant rights is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Pay: £750.00-£2,000.00 per week
