Key Responsibilities
- Access Control: Check tickets, passes, and credentials at designated entry points.
- Crowd Management: Monitor crowd behavior to prevent overcrowding and disruptions.
- Hospitality Security: Guard VIP lounges, director areas, and corporate suites.
- Patrols: Conduct regular sweeps of the stadium perimeter and stands.
- Ejections: Assist stewards with removing non-compliant individuals safely.
- Emergency Response: Lead evacuation procedures if an incident occurs.
Requirements
- Licensing: Valid SIA Door Supervisor is mandatory.
- Communication: Clear, assertive verbal communication skills in English.
- Conflict Resolution: Ability to de-escalate high-tension situations calmly.
- Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and evening matchdays.
