We are looking for a friendly, reliable and proactive Hospitality Team Member to join our team.
This is a varied role where you will mainly work in the bar and restaurant, serving customers and helping to provide excellent service. However, you will also be expected to assist with other areas of the business when required, including cleaning, helping in the kitchen and general accomodation duties as required.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, hardworking and willing to get involved wherever needed to help the team run smoothly.
Key Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Take food and drink orders and provide excellent customer service.
- Serve food and assist with the smooth running of the restaurant.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, restaurant and other areas.
- Assist with cleaning duties when required.
- Help in the kitchen when needed, including basic preparation, pot washing and general kitchen duties.
- Assist with general duties around the accomodation section as required.
- Handle payments accurately and responsibly.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, health & safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
- Be flexible and willing to take on different tasks depending on the needs of the business.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 16 years old.
- Experience preffered but not essential – full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Good time-keeping and reliability are essential.
- Friendly and professional approach to customers.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment.
