Bailprint Labels Ltd produce self-adhesive labels mainly for the food industry. We are looking for a sales office administrator to use their excellent customer service and administration experience to handle a variety of order processing queries for our customer base along with administration tasks.
Main duties
- Dealing with customer enquires
- Receiving sales orders by email and phone and processing on our software
- Sending order acknowledgements
- Dealing with order issues including stock and despatch queries
- Managing and updating the despatch diary
- Organise deliveries with appropriate paperwork
- Invoicing despatches in a timely manner
- Assisting with quotes and pricing
- Contacting customers to obtain additional work
Experience
- Need to be confident on IT systems
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a sales administration role preferably within manufacturing
- Comfortable working in a small team and self-motivated
Hours
Mon – Fri 9.30am – 2.30pm
The position is for 25 hours over 5 days. Some flexibility could be offered around start and finish times but not days worked. Some additional hours may be needed to cover holidays/sickness.
