What you'll be doing:
- Leading and supporting care staff during shifts
- Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
- Delivering person-centred care to residents
- Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals
- Ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained throughout the home
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a senior care role
- Medication administration experience
- A caring, patient and positive attitude
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for providing outstanding care
