Your Role:
Prepare sushi dishes according to recipes and customer preferences. Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation.Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift Accurately labeling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.Be a skilled Multitask in a fast-paced environment. Maintained a clean and organised work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines - Collaborated with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation - Assisted in creating new sushi menu items and specials - Provided excellent customer service by taking special requests and accommodating dietary restrictions. Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, sharing your deep knowledge and passion for Japanese cuisine.
