Join the team at Crossgate Care Home, a leading care facility in Kilmarnock. We're currently hiring a detail-oriented Bank Domestic Assistant or Care Home Cleaner to uphold our high standards of cleanliness, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
**Key Duties:**
- Perform a range of cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and deep cleaning.
- Restock essential items including toiletries and towels.
- Participate actively in staff and service user meetings, fostering strong team relationships.
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and infection control policies within the care home environment.
- Assist in the induction process for new staff members.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Teamwork and self-motivation.
- Clear Policy Check and PoVA list check.
- Previous experience or qualifications in care or domestic roles within a care home setting is advantageous.
