Who We Are Looking For…
· An experienced Head Pizzaiolo to join our already knowledgable team who can confidently demonstrate the Neapolitan techniques with fresh dough, manage stocks, orders, rotas and lead the team in a responsible and confident manner.
· You’ll need to have experience of working in a fast-paced restaurant with multiple platforms simultaneously.
· Have experience of using a wood fired oven.
· A Pizzaiolo who prides themselves on their work and loves producing top quality pizza!
· Cleanliness and kitchen organisation are of upmost importance.
· Fun, friendly and most importantly thrives as a team player!
· A GOOD VIBE – Team socials!
