Structural Projects North West is a general contractor specialising in structural alterations such as chimney breast removals, steel installation, load-bearing wall removals and other aspects of structural work.
The Role
We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator with a keen eye for detail, knowledge and experience of how social media platforms work. You will be responsible for planning, filming, editing and organising content into a digital storage folder for our content team to post on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and X. We would prefer somebody who isn't afraid to get on camera and be the face / voice of the brand. Knowledge of construction isn't required, but knowledge is advantageous in the application stage as full training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Create a content calendar based upon the company's schedule of works
- Fill out the content calendar with other types of content, such as educational, trending and promotional
- Drive to our job sites to film content
- Organise the content into our digital storage system
- Edit the content
- Upload the content into our digital storage system
- Liaise with our content team to stay up to date with the schedule of works and content calendar
Required Traits
- Keen eye for detail
- Knowledge and experience of creating high-quality content
- Track record of hitting 1M+ views on a single video
- Organisation and planning is absolutely essential
- Open and honest communication skills on day-to-day operations
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
Compensation
The compensation paid for this role is on a hourly freelance / self employed basis. The ongoing work may vary from 1-20 hours per week, depending on how much we need. The role is ongoing and growing so there is a part time / full time contract at some point in the near future.
