A well-established Property Maintenance company are looking for an experienced maintenance person. Must be able to take responsibility for carrying out property maintenance, adhering to all relevant regulations and time scales. Experience within the Industry is required.
Responsibilities and Duties
The role would include but not be limited to the
- Maintenance of residential property
- painting and decorating
- gardening
- waste removal
- Alarm testing
- communal cleaning
Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess a positive can-do attitude
- NVQ qualifications are a benefit
- Able to work unsupervised using own initiative.
- Communication skills must be strong in liaising with colleagues as well as direct with clients and customers.
Other recognised industry qualifications may be an advantage.
Applicants must have a clean valid UK driving licence
Please note other construction skills are desirable this is a Maintenace role and you would sometimes be required to carry out other property Maintenace.
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
