We are seeking a proactive and articulate British accent Cold Caller Appointment Scheduler to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through outbound calls, establishing rapport, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. Duties
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using B2B sales techniques to introduce our services and generate interest
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to potential clients in a professional manner
- Utilise CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools to log calls, update client information, and track appointment schedules
- Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and confirmed with clients
- Follow up with leads as necessary to ensure appointment attendance and maximise conversion rates
- Maintain organised records of all calls and scheduled appointments in accordance with company procedures
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine calling scripts and improve outreach strategies
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles, preferably within a similar industry
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules efficiently
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated during high-volume calling periods
- Knowledge of telemarketing best practices and appointment setting techniques
