Field Service Engineer – Coffee Machines, Water Coolers, Boilers & Vending Equipment
Location: West/East Midlands and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £37,500 Basic with on target earnings of £42,500 pa.

We are a well-established supplier and service provider specialising in coffee machines, water coolers, boilers, and vending machines. We supply, install, repair, and maintain equipment for a wide range of commercial customers across the East Midlands and surrounding areas.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for the installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance of coffee machines, water coolers, boilers, and vending machines at customer sites across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Install new coffee machines, water coolers, boilers, and vending equipment at customer premises
- Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and repair faults efficiently, minimising customer downtime
- Maintain accurate service records and job sheets
- Restock vending machines.
- Manage your own daily schedule and van stock
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on-site
- Liaise with the office team regarding parts, scheduling, and job updates
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a field service/engineer, ideally with coffee machines, vending equipment, water coolers, or similar commercial appliances
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential — a company van will be provided)
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Willingness to travel across the East Midlands and surrounding areas, with occasional overnight stays if required
