Working closely with teachers and the SEND team, you will provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop confidence and thrive both academically and socially.
- Deliver targeted support to pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and small group basis.
- Support the implementation of individual learning plans and interventions.
- Encourage positive behaviour, engagement and independence.
- Assist pupils with communication, emotional regulation and social development.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SEND professionals.
- Monitor and record pupil progress where required.
- Previous experience working with children or young people.
- A patient, compassionate and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to inclusive education and positive outcomes for pupils.
- Experience supporting SEND pupils is desirable but not essential.
- £14.25 per hour
