Head Valeter – Mangoletsi MG, Knutsford
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week (Monday to Friday) | £26500.00
Mangoletsi MG in Knutsford is looking for a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Head Valeter to take responsibility for the day-to-day standards and quality of our vehicle valeting operation.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in presentation, has a keen eye for detail and can lead by example. You will be responsible for ensuring that every vehicle prepared by the valet team meets the high standards expected by Mangoletsi and our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day work and quality of the valet team
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned, prepared and presented to the highest possible standard
- Carry out regular quality checks before vehicles are handed over or displayed
- Organise and prioritise the team's workload to ensure vehicles are ready on time
- Ensure GardX treatments and applications are completed correctly and to the required standard
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the valeting areas
- Ensure equipment and valeting products are used correctly and safely
- Lead by example and assist with valeting and vehicle preparation when required
- Work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure vehicles are prepared efficiently and on time
- Take ownership of any quality issues and ensure they are rectified promptly
About You
We're looking for someone who is dependable, organised and takes genuine pride in producing excellent work. Previous valeting or vehicle preparation experience would be highly beneficial, particularly experience supervising or leading a small team.
You should have a strong attention to detail, be comfortable working in a busy dealership environment and be willing to take responsibility for maintaining consistently high standards.
Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
Pay: £26500.00
