As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager / Salesperson to help drive the next phase of our expansion across the UK.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a strong engineering background and a deep understanding of subcontract precision CNC machining and fabrication.
You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and identifying profitable growth opportunities across key industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and secure new business opportunities across targeted industry sectors.
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with key customer accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits and sales meetings throughout the UK.
- Identify profitable and sustainable opportunities within existing accounts.
- Generate and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Produce weekly sales activity reports and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records within the company's CRM system.
- Research emerging markets, industry sectors, and prospective customers.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Support quotation activities, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales, business development, or account management role within engineering or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of subcontract precision CNC machining and fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Understanding of engineering practices, processes, and manufacturing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK.
