Job Description:
The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and maintaining accurate operational data and processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). By managing batch orders, validating data, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining system integrity, the role supports production planning, reporting, and decision-making through strong data governance and collaboration with production and support teams, contributing to reliable system performance and continuous improvement.
Main Duties:
- Maintain accurate transactional data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), ensuring system integrity at all times.
- Manage, and monitor production plans, schedules, and batch orders in D365 to support efficient operational workflows.
- Review and analyse batch order data prior to job closure, identifying discrepancies and initiating root cause investigations.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain teams to resolve system or process issues affecting data accuracy or workflow performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to D365 processes, configurations, or data structures.
- Act as the operational point of contact for D365 related queries, system behaviours, and troubleshooting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance standards, and audit requirements within the system.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to system users to promote correct usage and data accuracy.
- Liaise with IT, system partners, or support teams to escalate system issues and participate in testing updates, patches, or new D365 functionality.

- Ability to review and recommend improvements to existing systems
- Liaise with other relevant departments to achieve operational goals

- Take an active part in preventing accidents, ensuring all accidents and near miss incidents are reported in a timely manner.
Desirable Criteria:
- First-line experience in FMCG/manufacturing environments.
- Experience in production planning or systems administration roles.
- Strong understanding of MRP/MPS and production planning principles.
- Highly numerate, analytical, and logical, with strong problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Strong operational awareness, attention to detail, and ability to identify data or system anomalies.
- Ability to diagnose Dynamics 365 issues, assess impact, and work with appropriate teams to resolve them.
