We are seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver to join the team Immediately. In this vital role, you will operate a Class 2 Heavy Goods Vehicle equipped with a tipper mechanism throughout the day, delivering aggregates to sites, Your expertise in commercial driving and delivery will ensure timely service and uphold safety standards. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 2 HGV vehicle with tipping capabilities to transport materials across designated routes.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before shifts to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and deliver goods, adhering to delivery schedules and customer requirements.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and route planning tools provided, maintaining punctuality at all times.
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, mileage logs, and vehicle maintenance reports.
- Follow all road safety laws, company policies, and health & safety procedures during daily operations.
Qualifications
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving license
- Driver Qualification Card (CPC) (required)
- Digital Tachograph Card (required)
- experience as a commercial delivery driver, preferably with tipper.
