Finance Volunteer
Time Commitment: Flexible, ideally 7 hours a week
Location: Cambridge, GL2 7AS
Do you have a passion for animals and an eye for detail? We are looking for a dedicated Finance Volunteer to support our animal charity in ensuring that every donation makes the greatest possible impact on animal welfare.
As a Finance Volunteer, you will play an important role in helping us manage our finances responsibly, enabling us to continue rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need.
Key Responsibilities
· Counting and processing cash ready for banking.
· Entering transactions onto Xero.
· Provide administrative support for finance-related tasks.
What We're Looking For
· Experience in finance, bookkeeping or administration.
· Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
· Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, experience of financial systems a plus but training will be provided.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
· Strong organisational skills and reliability.
· A passion for animal welfare and supporting charitable work.
