Opening in the summer, our newest clinic is perfectly situated in the city centre a few minutes away from Northampton University making it easily accessible for the local community.
Our specialist team and cutting-edge facilities will provide a full range of high-quality, affordable dental treatments, tailored to every patient’s needs. We’re redefining private dental care by making it more accessible and cost-effective, so patients can enjoy exceptional treatment without relying on the NHS. As we prepare to open our doors, we are looking for an Associate Dentists to join our launch team and provide exceptional patient care as the clinic grows.
We are seeking a confident and skilled Private Associate Dentist to join our growing clinical team. You will work alongside experienced dental therapists and a supportive clinical team to provide a wide range of private treatments in a setting that values quality over quantity.
This role is ideal for a dentist who enjoys a varied clinical workload and wants to focus on more complex cases in a low-pressure, well-supported private practice.
Clinical Focus
- Complex and advanced restorative treatments including:
- Root Canal Treatments (RCTs)
- Extractions (including surgical where applicable)
- Crowns and bridgework
- Complete and partial dentures
- Implant restorations (placement if experienced)
- Treatment planning and case management in collaboration with therapists
- Aesthetic and cosmetic procedures (optional based on interest)
- Building long-term relationships with a growing private patient base

What We’re Looking For
- GDC-registered dentist (UK)
- Experience in private or mixed practice preferred
- Strong clinical skills across RCT, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and implant/restorative dentistry
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- A passion for modern, ethical private dentistry
- Implant or cosmetic dentistry experience is a bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £42,613.38-£147,451.54 per year
