Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages
- Greet customers warmly, taking orders efficiently and accurately while providing friendly service
- Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and workstations in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage cash register transactions, including handling payments and giving correct change using basic math skills
- Ensure timely service by managing multiple orders effectively through strong time management skills
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with serving or cleaning duties to keep operations smooth
Requirements
- Previous barista experience or training in coffee preparation is essential
- Knowledge of food safety protocols to ensure hygienic practices at all times
- Experience serving customers in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients
