We're looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Barista / Key Holder to become an important part of our team.

As a Key Holder, you'll play a vital role in supporting the management team, leading shifts, and ensuring the coffee shop runs smoothly while creating a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and colleagues.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be making exceptional coffee, serving delicious food, supporting your teammates, and confidently opening or closing the store when required.
You'll take pride in maintaining high standards and delivering an experience that keeps our customers coming back.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality coffees, teas and other beverages to company standards.
- Delivering friendly, efficient and memorable customer service.
- Opening and closing the coffee shop, including security procedures.
- Supporting the management team in the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
- Leading shifts and providing guidance to team members when managers are unavailable.
- Handling cash, card transactions and end-of-day cashing up.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Preparing and serving food in line with company procedures.
- Replenishing stock and assisting with deliveries.
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Helping train and support new team members.
- Dealing confidently and professionally with customer enquiries and resolving issues where possible.
- Ensuring all health & safety and food safety procedures are followed at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous barista or café experience is preferred.
- Experience opening and closing a café or retail/hospitality venue is desirable.
- A genuine passion for coffee and customer service.
- A positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to stay calm and organised during busy periods.
- Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently.
- Comfortable taking responsibility and leading shifts when needed.
- Flexible to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
