As part of our commitment to nurturing future legal talent, successful candidates will have the opportunity to join the Stephensons Commercial & Dispute Resolution Graduate Training Programme, a structured development programme designed to support progression from graduate level through to qualification.

You’ll work closely with solicitors who specialise in all types of Commercial work but particularly alongside Louise Hebborn, Partner and Head of Department on fast paced corporate transactions and commercial contract drafting.

We're looking for someone who is ambitious, motivated and excited about building a long-term career in commercial law and share our values of approachable, flexible, inclusive, resilient and supportive.
You'll have:
- A Law Degree or relevant legal work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A general good standard of education
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- LPC qualification
- Commercial law work experience
