Client Relations Assistant (full-time)
If you're great on the phone and believe in delivering excellent service, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
We're looking for a friendly, confident and people-focused Client Relations Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients contacting our firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building rapport and creating a positive first impression.
Every conversation matters. You'll help clients feel welcomed, listened to and supported from the moment they get in touch, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience from their very first interaction with us.
What you'll be doing

- Making follow-up calls where appropriate.
- Providing updates during the early stages of a client's journey.
- Directing enquiries to the appropriate team.
- Delivering outstanding customer service in every interaction.
- Building trust and rapport with clients.
- Representing the firm positively and professionally at all times.
About you
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
You'll be:

- An excellent communicator with a warm and professional manner.
- Empathetic, patient and approachable.
- Organised and reliable.
- Comfortable speaking with clients throughout the day.
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and making a positive difference.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, estate agency, recruitment or a contact centre environment would be an advantage, but the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Please note
This is a client service-focused role and is not a legal training position or a route to qualification as a solicitor. We're looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships, delivering exceptional service and creating a great experience for our clients.
