Skills and Qualifications
Essential:
Full clean UK driving licence
Able to use hand tools and mechanical handling equipment safely
Great communication skills and confident client interaction
Awareness of site H&S and ability to follow RAMS and protocols
Basic IT skills (email, spreadsheets, asset tracking systems)
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early starts, late finishes, weekends and overnight stays
Ability to troubleshoot issues with kit and setups under pressure onsite
Desirable:
Experience in live events or warehouse environments
Experience working with AV or scenic equipment
Forklift licence (counterbalance or reach truck)
First Aid or H&S qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH)
Working Hours
The role is based on a 37.5 - 40 hour workweek. However, due to the nature of event installation and operation, flexibility is essential. Shifts may include early starts, late finishes, and a mix of weekdays and weekends.
