We're recruiting for an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based near Bournemouth!

This role is commutable from Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Wimborne, Ferndown, Wareham, Blandford Forum, Ringwood and surrounding areas.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent position!
What you’ll be doing
- Set and operate CNC press brakes, guillotines and other sheet metal machinery
- Manufacture sheet metal components to customer specifications and engineering drawings
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to produce components accurately
- Select tooling, set machines and make adjustments to achieve high-quality finished products
- Carry out quality inspections and routine equipment checks
- Support other areas of the workshop when required
- Assist with loading, unloading and handling materials where required
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
Hours
Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm
Friday: 8:30am-4:00pm
Pay
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
- Annual company performance bonus up to £1000
- Overtime available and paid at time ½
Skills/Experience Required
- Previous experience operating CNC press brakes within a sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing environment
- Experience using guillotines and other sheet metal machinery
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of workshop health & safety
- Positive, reliable and motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience operating CNC turret punch or fibre laser cutting machinery would be advantageous
