Are you a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in education? We are currently recruiting for a confident and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Primary School Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Slough for a September start.
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the potential to secure a permanent position within the school following a successful temporary placement.
As a Level 3 Qualified Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support primary-aged pupils with their learning and classroom activities.

Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.

Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.
-
Support pupils with additional learning, behavioural or SEND needs.

Help create a positive, safe and supportive learning environment.

Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour.

Assist with preparing learning resources and classroom activities.

Monitor pupils' progress and provide feedback to the class teacher.

Build positive relationships with pupils and support their individual needs.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils both inside and outside the classroom.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 4:00pm).

Recent experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare or similar setting.

Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable.

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

A reliable, proactive and adaptable approach.

The ability to commute to or work within the Slough area.
