Job Overview
Jans Services Ltd is a multi-service solutions provider specialising in Security and Event Services. Our event services include Security and Stewarding, Traffic Management, and Car Park Management. We deliver professional services to a range of large-scale events and venues.
We are currently recruiting Event Steward to join our regular team at Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre. The Stewards will support the safe and efficient operation of traffic and car park management for all events held at Farnborough International.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with crowd management and public safety
- Providing excellent customer service to event attendees
- Monitoring designated areas and reporting any issues
- Assisting with venue access and directional guidance
- Working closely with event management and security teams
- Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment at all times
Requirements
- Previous stewarding or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends where required

Essential
